HMV don't charge until dispatched, never have done and they don't do deposits etc. Chances they'l honour it are slim but I've had a couple of mispriced things in the past which they have

Anyone who orders it will probably get a US game though so its not really the good deal that it looks as thats about the rrp of the US version. Play seem to do this a lot.

They reduced Pokemon Mystery Dungeon to £17.99 pretty soon after relese. I orderd one & received a US game. Complained & they sent a replacement, which was just another US game.
They reduced Magical Starsign to £17.99 really quick aswell & when i ordered that it was another import that arrived.

After receiving 3 imports in a row i complained again & after a bunch of calls they finally admitted that all their copies of Pokemon & Magical Starsign were US imports & they wouldnt actually be able to send a PAL game.
Before admitting it though they tried fobbing me off with ****e like "the packaging is US but the game inside is a PAL one"

Wouldnt be a problem if them stated it on site but they dont. Instead they list the games as being UK ones & lie about the price by putting "our price £17.99, RRP £29.99"

They're a bunch of misleading *****.

So id be wary whenever you see PLAY reducing recent PAL DS releases.

the American boxes are way better though, but yeh they should at least say its an import.
