I was a very cautious customer, buying Radiant Silvergun for ?100 from a seller with no feedback. But Neo Zeed was happy to answer all my questions, he kept in touch throughout the deal and sent me photos for reassurance. The game itself arrived this morning, excellently packed and it looks as new as the day it was bought. Very pleased, thanks.

My man Neo is one of our recent additions to the forum, and a great one in that

He bought Densah-De-Go on the PSP from me, paid the asking price in quick time through a postal order. He kept in touch throughout the transaction and was extremely friendly. Very professional I'll gladly do business with Neo again and hopefully he may trade some of his lovely items for some more of my games in the future

Awful deal

Came to an arrangement with a Tekken 4 controller and i paid on the 12th Feb 06

he chats to me privately asking why none of his items are selling and i told him that his high priced items should be lower and his low price items should be higher and gave him what i though each game was worth

he said thanks and put most of the new prices in his selling thread and managed to clear a few items and we joked how i should get commission

decided on buying 2 more items and we came to an arrangement, asked him if he could ship them with my Tekken controller but wouldnt for some reason

after nothing for about a week i asked him if he got the 2nd amount of money to which i got a very rude reply stating since he had not received the money the games were sold a few days earlier to somebody else (for more probably) and he wasnt keeping his end of the agreement, checked with Lloyds online banking and the money had been returned to my account for some reason (same thing happened with Hasan Hadi - probs with lloyds probably) also stated he hated trading here and couldnt wait to sell all the things he had as everybody was a timewaster

Thought fine - but when will i get my Tekken Controller, was told it had been sent and i would get it on the Saturday at the latest (25th)

so come the Tuesday (28th) i sent a pm asking for a tracking number since we agreed on Recorded delivery with no reply and since he was active on the boards selling items i was getting annoyed - sent another on Thursday (02nd) with no reply so i decided to post a reply in his sales thread and suddenly i got a reply - but all he mentioned was:

when another member complained about his so called service it was time to bring in a moderator and Davidholliss saved the day

not only did he have an another exact controller available but it was posted yesterday and received today - why couldnt that have been done right away - he stated to David that it was sent standard parcels but i use standard parcels and you get a receipt with the house name and post code with an amount of insurance added

sorry for the long winded post, but

I put a thread in the Wanted Section looking for a Mint USA Sega Saturn and Neo pm'd me saying he had one he was willing to sell.

I ended up taking some rare usa titles to boot too and the whole sale ended up at ?160.

Was sceptical at first but decided to take the risk and do I regret it?........Not one little bit.

Everything arrived fast and was shipped very carefully, In all honesty he could have lied to me and told me everything was brand new it was that damn good.

So good in fact that i've just bought his Panasonic Q off him without any worries.
