Well since my last feedback I'm sad to say that I won't be trading with Angelo again and unfortunatly the last sale has been dreadful compared to the gleaming feedback I gave him previously.

I bought a Mint Panasonic Q from Angelo, I specifically made my point about how I would only be handing over large amounts of Money over so long as it is in Brand New condition.

I paid for Special Delivery and was promised delivery the moment payment cleared, The money cleared and nothing was sent, So after finally getting back hold of Angelo I was promised a Delivery Date. I cancelled plans to be in for the delivery and nothing was sent...again.

Was finally sent and I received it and as soon as I saw the package my heart sank....before I even opened it.

The packaging used was only 1 1/2 layers of THIN Bubble Wrap and cheap brown wrapping paper (Not even strong parcel paper!)

The box is now damaged on every side and has even been cut right through on the front. (it was possible to touch the front of the Q before even unwrapping it)

At first I thought we'd be able to come to some arrangement but after days worth of no reply to PM's yet he's active on the Forum i've given up. I normally hate royal mail but in this case I don't cast any blame on them. 1 layer of thin bubble wrap and cheap brown wrapping paper for a Q is a joke....especially when it was promised to be shipped safely.

Even though it was apparently tested thoroughly before being shipped the Q scratches the **** out of any disc thats placed inside. Luckily I found Will2003's old post over how this problem happens and it happens over time with some of them, It WASN'T done in shipping. Due to the extent of the damage it made I believe this was known before shipping. Luckily I've fixed it myself with thanks to Will2003, but I wouldn't have bought it if i'd have known.
