Yes it says that on the listing but when you click on to BIN it tells you the buyer requires you to have a PayPal account. I've come across this problem a couple of times before, seller specifies Paypal but neglects to mention he requires you to have a full account as well. Ironically he's doing that for security presumably and I haven't registered for a full account for the same reason.

I don't have a PC that's what I meant. I'm using a TV browser which runs on some sort of custom Linux OS. I get all sorts of odd incompatibility problems. EBay and Paypal pages load slowly but works OK with it normally. But there are times when you elect to pay with Paypal on eBay and some eBay shops/pro-sellers appear to link you to Paypal through their own site rather than direct. That's when my system can let me down.
