I think it does still show your matches if they're not ranked. At least it tells you the results from that I know that.

Played a fair few Rumble Matches and i'm on level 6, loving it completely. Just wish it'd change the levels instead of the same 3 small one.s

I know what you mean. Was speaking to my m8 at M$/Xbox and he says they're trying to sort out the backend in order to sort out the matchmaking, so fingers crossed.

I was never the biggest fan of the original Halo, I enjoyed it but I didn't think it was as revolutionary as many make it out to be, from what I've played of Halo 2 I'd have to say that I'm far more impressed with the sequel. I had more fun on level 2 than I did on the entire single player mode on the original, jumping on to the back of the moving Scarab then taking out the Covenant inside was one of the coolest gaming moments I've had for a while.

Unlike one or two others around here I feel far more immersed in the game than I did in the original thanks mostly to the superb soundtrack and the excellent cut scenes(minor graphical problems aside). I feel like I'm playing something special when I play Halo 2, something that hasn't happened in the 20 plus hours I've recently clocked playing GTA:San Andreas on the PS2.

Comments like "I'm taking this back to shop" is is just knee-jerk overreactionary horse****, if the MP aspect is better than the SP stuff then this will surely be one of the X-Box's crowning achievments which for a Nintendo "fanboy" like me is high praise indeed.

i jumped into the back of a hog when the comp was driving... he was doing quite well at first until he veered into a crate type thing and continued to carry on, wheels spinning into the side of it, i left him to see how long he'd sat stuck to this object wheels blazing. he never stopped.

more instances of comp stupidity is getting stuck in scenery, driving in circles, driving into me when i'm flying about on ghosts...

Humm. The single player is a bit... humm...

There are really cool pieces where everything kicks off and there are loads of huge explosions and death and you kick ass, and other times where it's just... humm

After about 8 hours total play:
The Halo section was great, landing on Halo again felt brilliant. Kicking ass rocks. Dual weilding and choosing between carnage by grenade or two needlers is great. The flood are cool but playing as an Elite is just too ****. I'M THE MASTER CHIEF, not some convenant scum. The game looks great, the vehicles are stunning and using the wraith and the scorpions is cool... Co-op is fun, but I've not quite completed it yet.

I'm still undecided but so far... It's a bit 50:50. Very Good game, but I want the best game ever situation. I think the more I play, the more I'll like it.

I am ver envious of everyone with XBL!

That was my exact thought when playing it as well. Gonna go back and try it on heroic, many deaths are expected.

Got mine today and i got moh free with it. My only problem with it is the popup on the cutscenes the second level is ****ing class me and my friend ware playing it in the bit with the scarab he was fireing rockets at it while i went starship troopers on it.
