I think there is, just that most people don't have access to it because they're using a Dual Shock via Magic Box.

Actually most are using DS via dreambox, which does support voice and has no lag.

Overall though the lag is a headache, not in terms of jerking, just the delay. The sooner the patch comes out the better.

They also really need to sort it so that you can use manual player selection and long pass type 5 online :/

Oh shizzle - i ordered the magic box yesterday but may have to cancel and get the dreambox instead if it is just as good and supports the mic. Is the dreambox the way forward??

Is there anyway you can have a online leauge with you friends off your friends list?

I dont seem to get any lag, played my first 5 matches and all seems to be ok? But then again when i was playing it last nite only UK players seemd to be about, is it kept to the region you bought it in?

no, only exhibiton matches, so..yes, you can have a league as long as you keep a spreadsheet on results.

Ive played 6 matches online, and it's been lag free, although i've been playing my mates from around my area.

But to be honest, i wont be playing many people i dont know.

Got mine in Gamestation 9am this morning. another 5 hours to go before i can get home to play it

Got mine this morning. Been having a quick play. after the initial ten minutes of getting used to the controls its a breeze and ive been walloping 6* WE8 for months now. I switched to the stick for the brick version and ive had no problems. It takes a few minutes on Training to get used to it then its simple enough after. Havent gone online yet simply because i doubt anyone will be on atm. Looking forward to some matches tonight.

I only played 3 matches last night with no drop outs. mind you, in all 3 games anyone could have won, right upto the last minute - somehow I fluked all 3 wins. I guess they only disco when theyre taking a proper thumping.

Cause they've got to keep their stats high. It's such a stupid thing for the makers to overlook, seriously can put you off playing with random people.
