I've seen such stupidly inflated prices like on Liksang

Lik Sang are doing the PSP for US$329 / ?175.43 - is that still overpriced, or are they cheaper elsewhere now? People are getting hit for, what, ?55 tax? So hows that compared to the estimated UK price?

I've seen the uk price estimated at ?130 - ?180, so it still might be worth waiting.

Especially as the situation regarding region encoding still isn't clear.

I'll still be getting a jpn machine, mind.

MX2 have the estimated UK PSP price up (and available for preorder) at ?149.99.

Personally, I wouldn't trust MX2 with a lollipop that I'd already dropped on the floor twice.

Can anyone who lives in Japan tell me if there's a shortage of games on the shelves? Just wondering why online retailers are still charging around the $60 mark for games.

got this 2 days ago, but haven't had any time to post. this thing is beautiful. No faults with mine as such (No dead pixels ) , just the squeaky square button and my R shoulder button sometimes sticks under the metal top bit. Not really a problem. Still need my Memory stick pro duo though, shipped on monday so i can't save RR or watch movies till monday at the earliest

just tap the power button up and put it to sleep, thats what i did no more having to restart over and over!

Also ive notice 2 dead pixels, or are they? They are in the top let of my screen but u can only see them when my psp is on the rr loading screen. At every other screen in the game or point you cant see em. Are they dead? or do they just not like black lol

i had a squeaky d-pad.. but after about 2/3 weeks hard playing.. its now fine..
plus i have 1 pixel that dont like black.. most psp's.. have at least 1

I had a squeaky d-pad right too and it vanished within a day or two, just go nuts on the d-pad.

I'd hardly say "most PSPs have at least 1 dead pixel", dead pixels are the exception rather than the norm.
