2-6? I think this might be the on I'm stuck on just now. Loads of little aneurysms pop up after you think you've got them sorted and the guy just bleeds out really quickly?

When things get mental at the end, bring up the healing touch and set that running. Make you you just *cut* the aneurysms but don't remove them. You should have enough time to cut them all (having injected them with brown) which prevents them from exploding and the guy bleeding to death. You still need to be quick, but it makes it an awful lot easier

The one that stopped me in my tracks is the 2nd one when you move to Caduceus,

where you have to operate on your mate's sister. I can get the first part of it down fine, but the second part is pissing meoff. Can't seem to get both of the thingies sucked up in time. I guess it's just a case of trying again.... and again

Literally finished this minutes ago, after much trying on 6-3 (triti ) and I must say that I did really enjoy it, but thought that it might of been even better if they had just stuck to real operations like in the first few stages as opposed to *very minor spoiler*

but still liked it.
Also now, I can play my other DS games without that feeling in the back of my mind that I should be finishing this off - Phoenix wright next!

I'm stuck on 5-2 (I think). Basically it's the level where:

You operate on your assistant's father, the GUILT terrorist. I get right up to the last stage of the operation after you inject the Savato GUILT strain with the black serum. At that point, it goes erratic and makes slashes across his heart (5 at a time). I sew them all up, put up his vitals but don't know what to do next. The Savato dodges all attacks, and takes vitals RIGHT DOWN (around 16) no matter how much they're pumped up to begin with.

The only tiem the Savato doesn't appear to dodge anything is when it spins right before it's attack, where yo have a window of about 1 second to zap it with the laser, but this doesn't appear to do anything to it at all - the time then runs out and it's operation over.

What am I doing wrong? Please help, this is driving me mad!

keep going like you did before till you get right to the end and the game automatically uses the star to slow down time, now use your own star & time should stop & you will now be able to inject it with the black serum without the little fecker teleporting away.

I got this game for Christmas, but haven't played in a while because I got stuck!

I can't remember the story number (will check later) but I am at the point where

you go abroad (after you defuse the bomb) and the little boy gets infected and you have to pull the pin things out of the triangle type guilt, then cut the bits out?! There is supposed to be a pattern but I can't see it and it keep multiplying and I fail

Any ideas?

If i remember correctly....

The way i did it was to pull out the crystal things as many as you can get out then very quickly cut the triangles out before they return, you can just scribble roughly with your scalpel to cut them out as the game is pretty lenient while your cutting. The main thing is speed, you will have to practise working really fast as those buggers multiply like crazy. Try to pull the crystals out in triangle formations.

Try to do it in big sections, as big as you think you ca get away with.

Actually, on that I do hope if there is a sequel that it focusses much more on accuracy than speed. I enjoyed the game but I loved the idea much more than the execution. The forced story, the rough but lightning fast gameplay just didn't do the concept of surgery justice in my opinion.

Having said that, I reckon its the best use of the touchscreen on the DS so far.

You should try tendo doctor 2, the operations are so much more fun. Sadly theres a massive & long story between the operations & been in japanese it becomes a bit tedious.

But my god it makes up for it when you get in the operating room, in one operation you have to repair a blood clot on the brain which means fun with a bone saw & the patients head (^_^)
