Far Cry Instincts (Pal XB)

Just had a play through the first 2 mission (same as in the demo) and can safely say any fears the demo might have bought have been quashed, which i'm very happy to report.

/Ragdoll is now solid and doesn't glitch/spasm out anymore
/The pistol aiming is much more precise , also tracer effects on bullets shot
/Enemies require less chest shots to take down
/Frame Rate is even HIGHER than in the demo!
/Enemies AI is far greater, on the 2nd level with the beach huts where the boat comes after you they all stormed the hut i was hiding in AFTER lobbing a nade in first! they also check out rocks thrown much easier, which in turn makes tree traps much more usefull
/More blood and gore than the demo, very brutal on tree traps
/No hanging helipad men
/Gun Sounds have been changed to sound much heavier

The introduction to the game (in game engine) is really nice and sets the scene well, the jetski water effect in particular is amazing

Try and grab this from Gamestation as it comes in a limited edition FarCry branded drink bottle bag.

More impressions as i play through but very impressed at the quality of this conversion, and shocked at how much different it is from the demo!

Really considering this but dont want to get dragged away from Burnout: Revenge.

I suppose a little variety wouldn't hurt think will get this on Friday. Sounds good and I loved the PC version to death!!

Suppose best thing about the multiplayer is you can variant the maps with the editor, give them your own little spin.
