Yeah the camera can be a bitch, suppose it's bound to be a little troublesome because of the sheer size of some of the colossusessesssess's.
Loving the game so far, taking my time with it, only up to the forth colossus so far. The few platformy parts have been excellent if a little short lived,
and the temple you start in is very similar to one of the ones in Ico,
wonder if that's the point?! I haven't read any of the spoilers, but it's pretty interesteing.

Number 11 was just coool!
Took me a while to work it out but now 12 has me well and truly STUMPED!!!
Its the big water beast thing with horns, I can get on top of it but cant see where to lay my sword into. I know the horns react sometimes when hit with an arrow but it doesnt trigger much reaction, and the kinda worn away parts of stones on his head when hit make his turn, like you hit the right set with the sword and he turns his head to the right, and vice versa and I think the front set make him keep moving forward sort of.
I've tried directing him to various places, but nothing triggers anything new from happening.
I dont want the answer, just maybe a TINNNNNY hint as I've been trying for about an hour now!

direct him back to one of the round structures, then 'jump'
best to keep it a bit vague.

This game just gets more and more gob smacking and I'm not even half way through trying to bring down these behemoths yet.
Scaling each Colossi is a white knuckle ride from start to finish - my hands are aching from gripping the controller so hard, willing the characters grip not to falter, clinging on to hair and stone for all he's worth.
The thrill of plunging the sword into each creatures weakspot, the feeling of intense satisfaction knowing that it's once again failed to shake you loose, the scale of your achievement each time you fell one of these impressive creatures is almost overpowering, and yet all these raw emotions keep dissapearing to be replaced by a nagging sense of sorrow as each Collosus tumbles into nothingness.
Also the soundtrack has to rate as one of the best ever - certainly the most memorable to my ears for a long, long while. I can't wait until the soundtrack is released in December (I've just finished placing my preorder for it)
Everything about this game is beautiful / inspiring / haunting and everything you can think of in between those definitions.

well i got my chipped ps2 today and popped this beauty straight in.A truly stunning acheivement of the PS2 hardware,i mean really when i was let loose on the open terrain and you see how far the land stretches out
I've only taken down two of the collosi so far, trying to take my time as much as i can.Quick question though. On the second colossus, during the battle the music changes for when your on the ground and when your attached to the beast, but for some reason it sometimes seems to stop completely in transition.I had no music for like a good 30 seconds at one point.Anybody come across it?
