Is it just me? I get the impression people here have warmed to Outrun2 since it came out on XB1 in 2004. Back then there were a few people loving it, but most people slated it as lacking in depth and ' old-skool '

Now we have people really enthusiastic about the game and it's style. I am really happy about this, and I hope the mass-market realise how special the game is.

I should have my XB copy by Monday, can't wait!

I'm loving it but to get on LIVE i'm going to need a new DVD Drive for my Xbox After MS announced their new BC titles today (a piffling 3) there's little / no hope of seeing OutRun on the list this decade.

You get different bunki animations based on the Game Mode, some are specific to Outrun, some to Heart Attack, some to TT and some to Multiplayer.

I'll not ruin it, but there are loads in there :P

Oh Boy , I'm so going to go into fanboy mode .

This is best SEGA racer since Daytona USA, and Scud Racer (in fact some of the backround in 2006 remind me of Scudracer). Its just pure SEGA magic all the way Nobody makes a better racer than SEGA. Some of the backrounds are insane , Lost City, Ice Scape and that Milky Way are just amazing to look at .

Played this so much last night, I had cramp on my Right Index finger (I kid you not) . My Game of the year already.

BTW SOL I see on the back of the box there's Content Downloads (is that true, or just for the player ghosts )

I didn't think that counted for the Content Download sign on the back of boxes.

OR2 had ghosts, but the check box wasn't ticked, and Forza had ghosts and downloadable setups, and I didn't think that had it ticked either.

Are you sure there's not something you're not telling us?
