EDF games are just not very good, bad graphics, bad animations, absolubtley terrible colosion detection, souless gameplay, boring mission objectives and overall they give a repetative and yet still somehow disjointed experience.

This review is increadabley wrong, not only does it read like its writen by someone whos unaware of the games true worth but also someone who just didnt want to like it.

Saves me writing an EDF of EDF!

I did indeed just wasn't for me > Nothing beats Ninja Gaiden on the X-Box though, well maybe O.TO.GI II :P

Admittedly it didn't grip me much while I played it but I still think that BW had genuine atmosphere. I should probably give it another chance as I loved Nier.

Prinny you just quoted me saying that someone who wrote a review didnt want to like a game, then quoted me saying how much i think EDF is crap. I can only presume you did this to make me look contradictory? Yet you seem to have forgotten that over the last 24 hours I have also stated how much I wanted to like EDF, Ive played all the games for quite a few hours and I think they are all horrible, They play bad, they look bad, they are just plain bad.

Sorry I just dont think they are good in any way, I dont like anything about them, from the lazy way they are structured to the cheap tacky feel of the level design. I dont like the fact that I dont actualy feel like Im shooting a gun when Im shooting a gun in them. I dont like the fact that every game in the series looks so blurry that its like someone has breathed on the screen.

Earth Defense Force have quite a few fans on here, theres nothing really very good about it at all

Also i personaly dont feel that demon souls has any of those things.

Ok the visuals are Drab, but lets face it, they wouldnt relaly work if they were colourful. The Gameplay is pitch perfect though, it should be referenced in the dictionary to define "satisfying" IMO. I think the way Demon's souls is structured is absolubtley genius too, they got the balance between challenge and accsessibility perfectly right (again, IMO).
