    Patch note:
    • – Adjusted the distance that the Handler keeps from the monster during hunts.
If they could maintain this distance at somewhere in the region of "stays back at camp" it would be perfect.

I think Capcom heard everyone talking sh*t about the difficulty and now Zoh Shia is cartin' peeps left, right and centre

Same. I like to think my build was tanky in the base game. Looking forward to being humbled tonightah!

Did the new Zoh Shia, hit alot harder, using a mix of Fire/Thunder resistance which stopped me getting blighted from large number hits i took, think i went through 18 Hi-potions, quite sloppy

Mizu was a fun little fight slipping all over the place, did one solo clear for each of the 3 arena challenges up which unlocked a few new mid level armours but i assume you can at least get the def in to the 60-70's now, achieved B ranks (again quite poor showing), explored the new Hub, bigger than you would think with a few hidden spots.

Zoh Shia finally gave a bit of challenge. Guard Up really helped with some of those bigger hits, especially the fire combos dammit. Carted once.

I'm HR 66 with the Damascus Armour, with Charge Axe and Heavy Bowgun coming with me for quick switching.
Getting those heavy armour spheres is a bit of a pain, and I have to say I'm already getting a bit tired of how uninvolved the game can feel. Need a Wyvern gem? No more grinding, just search for the right monster and find a quest with one guaranteed. Bingo.

Hasn't that been a thing for investigations since World, searching through your SoS criteria for those with a gem on it. The main grind at moment getting armour upgrades, and making and maxing out a artisan weapons.

If it was, I didn't notice!
Yes, the game is super stingey when it comes to heavy armour spheres, I still need another 12-16 to fully upgrade my current gear before starting to upgrading my Gore Magala set.

I remembered to return for the spring event, capcom have decked out the hub with cherry blossoms. 3 new events added to all the previous ones done so far, fighting Xu Wu for headwear items, Gravios for rare meal items and unleashing Arch Rey, mostly the same move set with added lightning explosions to almost every move to which my previously prepared Tempered Rey outfit (most of it rank 7 or 8/10 for upgrades) was more than enough to tank every hit multiple times... however teammates weren't doing so good, so i had to resort to potion/speed eater/wide-range set up to play white-mage. Killing it gets tickets for the Y-set of Rey armour.

Bounties are set to daily resets and now give tickets will get you armour tickets for the Hakama/Haori styled clothing, low armour rating but it can be used nicely for vanity.

Had a brief look around after the new update, the usual obtuse 'special equipment reward' turns into trying to figure what the hell it makes and started the Akuma quest, i think it's port of what they did in Rise. Completely forgot capcom mark all new quests on the world map with a yellow star marker, something i never look at since the world hub came out and i'd finished all quests. Other than that hammer got damage buffs and you can buy SF6 outfits for the wilds girls for £5 a pop...

Finished the Akuma quest and made his layered (5 piece) armour which loads 3 abilities in to the menu wheel, Hadoken for chucking infinite fireballs instead of slinger ammo, a fist icon for first doing a small jab (with X/Square) to activate it over your carried weapon which then can be mixed and matched between 3 combos ending in various shoto moves and you can do the teleport glide with dodge during a combo or after a fireball, lastly the focus attack does Raging Demon. Quite fun, and it would be nice to be able to use it while not looking like Akuma.

I just don't feel like going back to this. I'm quite sad about it really.

I'm not quite there but i see this mentioned alot around the internet. I've done enough to get my monies worth (88 hrs) but lack of new weapons and the artisan weapons killing all the monster made ones, few new monsters and many of them the same type, all the areas are pretty boring and have none of the atmosphere of World, even equipment theory crafting is boring with the change to have all attack options on the limited weapon slots and defensive on armour really limits your options.

Right now i'm only coming back when new stuff is out, so probably a couple of hours once a month.
