But in the beta you could fly using motion control and drive/run using the sticks.
In the full game which ever you choose covers both ground and air combat instead of being able to choose different methods for each one.
You have to manually alter the options each time you swap from air to ground and back again which isn't really feasible in an online combat game!

If you have any advice to pass on to the developers concerning improvements, you can leave them here!

Ignore that link, it just tells you to leave feedback on www.warhawk.comLast edited by JP; 29-08-2007, 20:31.

My stats seem to be updating again. All medals/badges/ribbons I thought I may of lost have arrived.
Just to let yers know that the search for server filter is set to search in 'Your Region' by default. Change to 'All' if you want to fight Uncle Sam and co.
The pings in this are still a bit misleading. No matter how high they've been when joining a game it hasn't give me any lag.Last edited by hudson; 30-08-2007, 12:48.

Just decided to buy this out of the blue today despite the fact that im not a massive fan of online deathmatch games.
First impression are that, despite my lack of foundness for the genre, its a complete blast. Its very slick and easy to get into a game and the flight controls are just an absolubte joy, youre barrel rolling and swooping about like an expert dog fighter in no time, its just an incredabley satisfying game to play, no other way to put it.
Ive yet to play a match that wasnt dog fight only, but I started a local game just to check out how the game plays on foot and in ground vechiles and the controls for those seem just as polished, so my inital impression is it really does seem like a full on all round war game, the ground stuff dosent seem tacked on. I'm very impressed overall and its well worth £20

Had an hour or so on this today for the first time. A fairly decent online shooter, which felt quite rubbish at first to be honest but within half an hour of play I started really enjoying it. It's definitely Battlefield-lite, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Certainly worth 20 quid, although I wouldn't pay any more for it. I'm looking forward to putting some more time in this one, in between sessions of mission mode on Ninja Gaiden Sigma.

Going to have a look at trying to get a Three Speech Warhawk server on the go for tonight. Fingers crossed it works. Have look at the site later and hopefully there should be a story relating.
Take care now,
Paul.
