Complete a Hot Lap event in Arcade mode without touching your brake

damn thing wont give me the acheivement, ive done the full event on car and bike, not touched brake all laps under lap time and still wont unlock .

I read about other people with this problem, apparently doing it with a bike works for some people.

strange, just checked and it says ive got the acheivement, but i didnt get any notification on thscreen saying I had........... ah well atleast ive got it

Just had a quick scoot of the demo.

For those that have the full game, please tell me that you can configure the controller better than those in the demo! It only has about 8 presets, and they are all terrible in their own way. Can you assign the right stick to be accel/brake like previous PGR versions.

Also does the cockpit view allow you to have a accel/brake/gear display?, cause in the demo there is nothing.

...also can you configure the steering for a wheel in the full game, cause it's nigh on impossible to keep a straight line with the logitech drive fx!

I can't say I'm that impressed with the demo, but the sense of speed is nice. Ranked in the top 50 on Macau though

I also presume the full game is much harder? The demo's AI is way too easy on platinum.

Anyone tried the Evo in this game yet? It handles well good! You can throw it around corners and you won't spin out. I'm finding it well fun to drive!

I've said it before but the audio on this game is truly suburb.

Racing through St. Petersburgh's narrow streets in the Tesla (what?! Don't laugh I'm trying to save the environment!) it was quiet enough to hear the audio positioning of the other heavy sounding cars that were some way behind me. The sounds were even reverberating off the buildings of the narrow streets.

Defo! Sound is one of those things that doesn't get praised enough when needed. It's definitely one of the best sounding games ever. I still get amazed everytime I overtake a bike. The engine sounds are spot on!

Had some good fun online with this last night played with some of our American and Brazilian friends and it was all good fun bar their constant requests for track x, class y, conditions z.

The "ultimate" variant of the michelin test track looks horrendous on the map screen but it has some of the most amazing sweeping corners you've ever driven - it's ****ing joyous.

I prefer the Subaru, managed to get that last-night, feels lovely throwing it around the uphill runs.
