I'm not a fan of SOAD whatsoever so I can't comment on sound quality issues, however it seems strange that there should be any issues at all being that both tracks are master recordings. Gameplaywise BYOB is incredibly fun to play on expert guitar and has proven to be quite tough, I failed to even get 4 stars after 2 attempts.

Some proper metal next week for DLC
Roadrunner Pack
Megadeth - Sleepwalker
Dream Theater - Constant Motion
Machine Head ? Aesthetics Of Hate
DevilDriver ? Clouds Over California
Killswitch Engage ? My Curse
Airbourne ? Runnin? Wild
All masters, all 99?/80MSP and all in time for my b day woohoo!
Doubt I'll pass most of them on expert drums tbh and the Dream Theater tracks sounds pretty damn difficult on guitar which doesn't come as much of a surprise given Petrucci's guitar playing prowess.

That Roadrunner pack and Perfect Drug have killed my drums.
I now have a crack down the middle of my yellow pad
What is the best way to go about fixing this? Its a US imported kit that I play on a pal machine, can I superglue it back together or do I need to send it off? Any help is appreciated.

Take your time. Sounds daft but unless your a drummer, i found that just practising the songs and not trying to leap difficulty levels helped me. I took some time before i was able to make the leap from easy to medium, but the leap from medium to hard is something else.
Once you get the hang of it though, and you will notice yourself getting better and "tighter", its a great feeling.

Next weeks DLC got leaked on VH1 in the US earlier, it's the full Moving Pictures album by Rush. Some people are unhappy that cover versions of Tom Sawyer and Limelight already exist but I can't say I care because more Rush is always welcome plus the vocals in the covers are awful. What's also intersting is that YYZ is on this album which would make it the first instrumental on Rock Band.

Aye just go at your own pace with it. First time i tried RB when I bought the PS3 one on launch I couldnt even do one song on easy gave up with it and played guitar about 3months later when i was well enough. Wasnt until it came out on 360 that I had the energy to retry drums and I thought Id never do it on any easy tracks at first then all of a sudden it clicked and I did the easy set list and had moved to medium in less than two weeks (and it took me months on GH1 to start doing medium tracks). I can do first 10songs on hard but again its too hard for me so I stick with medium as I find it fun at that level.
