Sorry guys - as noted above it will be region locked. Currently Valcon does not have an operation in Europe, but we've worked with other publishing partners in the past and would look to do the same again. Its just not something that will happen really soon - hopefully we'll get it worked out and you can drop your hard earned Euros, Pounds, Kroner or whatever else you can spend to get your very own copy...

I still have some hope this will get a EU release, even if it does take some time to do so.

This is some serious wishful thinking on my part, but any chance they might leave it open for JPN consoles? They only mention Europe here, and often US titles work on JPN machines...

Hmm, apparently a reply over at Valcon's message board regarding other shoot-em-ups (second post in this topic) means that there's a chance we could be seeing localiased versions of DoDonPachi DOJ and Raiden IV, providing this does well in the US.

I doubt it'd happen for some time, if ever, but one can always hope.

I did eventually stop being a cheapskate, and picked up the JPN version of this. If the US one is the same (as I would imagine), then Mr Pavey's spot on - this is top stuff, get it in quick.

The sheer number of options is awesome, you can really fine-tune how you want to play this to the nth degree, and then the games themselves are top notch too. Nothing too fancy, just a nice, nippy little set of shmups with a couple of easy to pick up but hard to master scoring hooks. Lovely.

Well, I'm only going by GameFAQs' release date, but it certainly wouldn't be out today, games come out on Tuesdays in the US, so GameFAQs seems accurate!

It looks like this has come out now, a week or two early. Loads of people on GAF are picking it up/reporting sightings.

Still no word on whether it works on Japanese consoles though
