Yea you need to tap sometimes especially with bosses and pads just dont work as well.

So so so many cheap deaths when using a pad...they just arent anywhere near as acurate as a stick these days.

I can still play using a Pad on my Saturn but anything after that & it has to be stick...dont know why people stopped making good D-pads since then.

I had heard about that US release coming up....hopefully means all those missing out in PAL land may finally get a chance to experience it

just a quick one,recently picked up raiden 4 (loving it!) and wondered if this is worth getting too?
Can only find a copy at ?50+ and am wondering if I can justify the outlay?

It's worth the money IMO

I've still not started on IV yet because I play this instead.

I really should give IV a go because I've heard it's a better experience but the 3 games in this package are more than enough for my meagre skill level.

I'd go for it if you can afford it...if not then wait a while till you can & pick it up then but do make sure at somepoint it joins your collection.

My copy of Deathsmiles is now going to be well over the ?70 mark by the time it hits the doormat because of it & thats before Customs get their grubby mits on it

?50 is a fair enough price really especially when you consider it is 3 games in one package

Despite owning this for almost 10 months, I finally got to have a proper session on this yesterday. Fantastic! I prefer shooters that have some kind of scoring "hook", so this fits the bill. Plus the action is so satisfying, and medal collecting is amazingly addictive. I suck badly at it tho.

And thats only playing RF1. As dazzyman said earlier, even at ?70 this would be an absolute steal, such is the amount of content on offer.
