The random fights every 5 steps took all the fun out the exploration anyway. If there was more content I can't say I'd have gone looking for it as I already found myself trying to race towards the end just so I wouldn't have go through another generic and pointless street fight.

A lot of the fights are avoidable just by running by the enemies on the street. Also the enemies are found on the same streets and corners, they are not placed randomly. After playing for awhile you'll easily recognize who's going to pick a fight with you and who isn't.
