Go back, go back! She really puts out at the end

I'm still hoping for a PC version, even though i've played and completed the JPN 360 version. When you play the PC versions of Resident Evil 5, DMC 4, etc, the PC versions just blow the console versions out of the water.

Yes, the 360 version is 60fps, but it isn't consistent, the game still has a lot of slowdown. The game is pushing the system to the limit, no doubt about that. The PC version would change all of that...

Yeah, but how much do you have to pay for a PC able to run a 360 beater version of Bayonetta? I know in Japan it would cost at least 5x more than a 360.

Not much, my current system (Q6600, 4gb ram, 8800gt) cost ?600 2 year ago, not that much more expensive than when the PS3 first hit stores at ?425.

The 8800gt is a modest card if you compare it with todays cards, but it can run RE 5 with 60fps at 720p no problem and DMC 4 with 60fps at 900p (1440x900) with no sign of slowdown what-so-ever.

The frame rate on the 360 version of Bayonetta is inconsistent. Sega should release the game on PC as i would sell my 360 version and buy the PC version of the game.

Edit: I'm not saying everyone should by a new PC to play such a game, but if you've already got a decent system then a PC version would be nice.

Anyone know if there is a quick and easy what to check which levels still have incomplete Alfheims in them? Only got 1 or 2 that I've missed but I've no idea what level they could be on.

This game is probably the most bat**** insane game I have EVER played, but that said...it's incredible!!

Work has kept me away from consoles this week but my God every time I think about consoles this game has been on my mind!

The FAQ on GameFAQS. Just read them and try to remember which one you haven't done yet (like a stay in the air one, or Out of Body). Search and revisit them, the ones you've done will have this displayed.

Awesome game not very far though. The fighting mechanics feel more fluid than DMC and lookin fwd to playing more. Seems like there might be some hard parts coming so I need to be ready.

                      Mummeeeee!

What an excellent little game. The combat is so much damn fun and it only gets better as you upgrade. The game does some very cool things with bullet-time and wall-running. The gameplay gels better than many of the established franchises.

Graphics are lovely (on 360 at least) despite some nasty tearing, and the levels are big and lavishly designed. Character design in general is wonderful, especially the enemies and epic bosses. Bayonetta herself is a bit like a strange gothic giraffe with boobs but it's impossible not to warm to all the characters despite the nonsensical story and endless cut scenes. The game has a very unique sense of humour, a real labour of love by the developers.

The whole thing is produced with such flare and character and I love the little nods to SEGA and Capcom. It's an old skool crazy Japanese action game and one that's very hard to fault. Not original in the slightest but one of the best.

I sold this game. Good game, but the PS3 version runs like a piece of poo sliding up a tree.

                            That'll be ?4.50 please.

It's not an "Edge 10" IMHO; it breaks no new ground, it could be longer, there are too many cut scens and the puzzle element is under-used. However, the game is completely bonkers, controls beautifully, is fun as hell and just gets better and better. It's hard not to love it if you're a fan of the genre.

Played this for the first time last night and it's a load of fun straight away, but I did feel a bit out of my depth in terms on knowing what I was doing (combo timing, items I was picking up, what magic is used for, etc).

Do you learn all you need to know 'in-game' as you go along or is there a guide to the basics anywhere? I'm not overly familiar with this style of game.
