Yeah I really like this too, some of the chains you can get up to are huge when you start juggling enemies about.

Was away at the weekend on some ****e training course in the sticks so did nothing but play this in my spare time, upto lvl 40 now and finally started to get the A and B grade weapons and armor dropping, just need to gain some more points so I can start equipping the A equipment.

Just up to the bit in the story where you get the

VR Missions, was great getting to play the original DC stages along with the music and enemies

, really starting to notice the difficulty ramping up a bit now as well.

Haven't really played a Phantasy Star title since Ver 1 & 2 on DC so quite overwhelmed at the amount of customisation and upgrading in this, really enjoying it though, only negative I can find is the Mags in this are a bit ****e compared to the DC version, the bosses are just as impressive though.

I loved PSZ online but there's a lot more to this. I'd say yes, it is. They've taken a lot of the best bits of PSZ and added them into the PSU formula.

Any guys playing this and want to get together for a game on, i'll arrange a game and get partner cards traded over and the like.

The chain system really does completely change the game when it comes to combat, and so does the new PP system.

Photon Points are now linked to your character, not the weapon like in PSU, so it now behaves more like proper mana but with a super speedy regeneration rate. There are no photon charges, no photon charge points, it's entirely regeneration based.

For anybody that's unfamiliar with how the chain system works, any combos that you perform using Square, add to a chain count.

The higher your chain count goes, the more damage your Triangle attack/photon art will do. So the tricks is to combo Square attacks and build up a sufficient chain before launching the pain with a photon art.

This also works with technics and forces. A technic assigned to Square builds up, while the technic assigned to Triangle performs the huge damage. You can now perform 3-hit combos with wands and rods aswell.

Even once you've launched in with a triangle attack, the 'Chain' text remains on the screen for about 1-2 seconds. As long as the chain count is still on the screen, the damage multiplier still kicks in, so you have a small time period in which everyone needs to lay as much hate as possible with photon arts.

In one setup, I have Razonde as my square attack, and Ramegid as my triangle attack. As it's multiple hit, you end up building multiple chains at once, wait for the 3 hit combo animation to end, then just do a 3 hit combo with Ramegid and watch the numbers roll in as you cash in 3 or 4 chains at once.

      LOVELY.

Just bought a US PSN card and I'm now awaiting an email from the seller. Might have enough spare to finally get Symphony of the Night too!

So I managed to get US games working on my PSP. I copied a US game via MediaGo to my PSP and it warned me how all the other titles will be unplayable. So, now the US titles work, how do I make the other titles I have sitting on my Go working again?

You have to switch accounts back. You can only have one account active at the same time.

I'm not clear on how to do that. I tried logging into the UK PSN store using my UK details, but when I came back out, I still couldn't boot my UK content. I smell that I'm being silly here, missing something

Do I need to copy something UK from MediaGo and/or re-download a UK title from the UK store?

Ah, I know what you mean. Sorry, yeah, activating them is another step unless you're buying something or copying something like you did when going US. If you go to account, there should be an 'activate' option there (going from memory here). You just click on that and it should give you the option to activate your games.

either hoolak , but then PSP2 wont go, im sure CFW can do it all, Sony hates us spending money i guess.
You cant have all PSN accounts to load on 1 PSP Dog Thang right using activate?

Thats one of the benefits of CFW, theres a program which allows you to store all your licenses and switch between them from the PSP, can't see why Sony never included the option to have multiple logins like the PS3, would have made it a lot easier.
