I agree with everything you said there Boris, alot of people don't like the game because of the Hollywood feel of it though I reckon.

Just had another blinder sniping on Rundown, went 31-1! Predator, Attack Heli and Pavelow twice each. The game just seems so awesome when you're untouchable like that.

I tried to join your games earlier charles and it wouldn't let me for some reason.

I played this for about 10 hours today anyway. Started about 11am and took a wee break for lunch and dinner and that's it. So much fun. Went from level 50 to 58 which is quite alot for one day. Totally making the most of having a week off of uni work!

Eventually got some of my mates on tonight to play with again which just makes the game miles better. You can discuss tactics and actually work as a team rather than having 5 other people running about not even going for the flags or whatever.

I guess it was a lot less apparent in the first game, the story seemed much close to real life events.

Fair play mate, it does feel great when it all comes together, however why on a team consisting of NO-ONE under lv 30 do I have to shoot the air support down? Doesn't make sense.

A similar theme on Sub Base last night I was amazed at my teammates stupidity, it was clear by 2 opponents camping in an upper floor room and getting strong killstreaks that a nuke could be a possibility. I make this known and not 1 teammate attempts to help kill them. Great team, we are winning domination but they have no interest in killing these guys.

Low and behold an enemy nuke, I had to laugh really.

I just play to have fun, learn from my mistakes and slowly improve but I do wonder if I'm missing out by playing as a lone wolf, sometimes when you come up against a clan it goes well with randoms, sadly more often than not it doesn't.

Anyway final point: spawn sniping - the majority of players must be aware of this, Highrise springs to mind. So I ask why give the enemy sniper an easy kill at the beginning of the round? Take another route surely?

Highrise is hilarious in ground war. Spawn. Run through window. Get shot....

              I go downstairs now.

I've just played three Free For All's in a row (exiting and finding a new lobby each time) where two idiots were using tactical insertion to kill each other and end the game after a couple of minutes. They weren't even trying to get the nuke.

                What's the point?!

On a better note I had some great games this morning where I was the host (I think), and went on a rampage.

Anyone else find themselves doing "circuits"? On Highrise I follow two patterns. I try not to but I'm one of those players who's probably had too much speed and can't camp for the life of him.

I rely on the knife for the majority of my kills as I suffer from something that causes my hands to shake slightly, so getting an accurate shot is not always possible. Sniping is a joke.

I find i have to play guardian to the team every match i play in. I mean i wouldn't mind if i got put on the decent teams every now and again, but every merc tdm i get stuck with a bunch of muppets, complete and utterly clueless muppets.

need to defend a building? fishyb has to do it.
need to hunt the enemy host whos rampaging? fishyb has to do it.
need to shoot the enemy air suport down? fishyb has to do it (every sodding time )

A little effort goes a long way guys, sheesh.

Glad it's not just me that has to provide the anti-air support for my team every time. I wouldn't mind but I tend to go through ammo very quickly and the rocket launcher takes up my second weapon slot!

Any time an enemy killstreak comes in I near enough purposely die and change class to shoot it down instantly then get back to business. Better to kill myself too rather than let the other team get you and get points or possibly another killstreak!

You get used to it though, I play Domination to win now, nothing else. And you find yourself constantly looking after your team by protecting flags, pushing up to get the next one when they aren't bothering etc etc. Just means I get more points that way though!

I only really play when my bro's online, but I find that the tactics of the other players on my team seem to go out the window, with everyone running the same way & disregarding the possiblity that SOME of the other team may choose another route & come in behind us. Its then left to me & my bro to watch our backs all the bloody time!!

Playing domination on the sub base. why on earth is my whole team trying to capture B when it's much easier to storm C or A. retards. We lost 200 to 100..... I was the only person venturing anywhere near A during the whole game. Never captured it either.

Had my best game ever yesterday on Wasteland. I always go sniper on it with the barret 50 cal, stopping power, bling (thermal and fmj's), steady aim. Kill Streaks Predator, Harriers and Emergency Airdrop.

Ping'd of 5 people from the off, 6 with the predator and the Harriers got me my Emergency Airdrop which gave me 2 more harriers, pavelow and a choppa. Safe to say i controled the airspace for the entire game.

Finished on 37-0 on Team Deathmatch! Nice!

Wahhaa 49,000 XP in one game. So many challenges completed! Plus I went 41-14 and had double the points of anyone else and we came back from about 150-60 down in domination to win! What a game!!! Loving in.
