I am not blaming legitimate people it happens to, but modders create these games and it is passed onto your account. Once you host a game after playing with a modder you effectively have the hack in your system memory until you turn off the console.

Is that actually from modders though? I started a game with that happening then it happen to just me and my brother who ever we played for about 8 matches, thought it was pretty funny myself, ran around bit and built up Marathon and Lightweight Pro mileage..

Recently I've seen alot of killcams (especially on Search and Destory I was playing) where in my game I'm pulled the trigger on my gun then when you see the reply of it the guy is blasting me up with no return fire at all?? Very annoying..

Hmm makes sense, eventually one of the games got lagged out or something after that we were back in the lobby and all games after were fine, I thought it was pretty cool though absolute madness everyone running around with knives trying to get people.

Saying that alot of games where I guess I am the host he whole rest of the players all leave the game and just me and my brother are left in there, then it says enemy forfitting in 20 seconds and we win the game? That happens more often than the other mentioned issue's, this happen to anyone else?

I've just had a game and everything was in super fast mode. It was virtually impossible to do anything, as a slight tap forward on the stick would send you shooting across the map. Bizarre.

Yeah this happened to me on the weekend. I was playing TDM on Afghan, ran up a sand dune & jumped almost the entire length of the level!!
Then I went round stabbing everyone as it was easier than using me gun!
Good fun to be had but it grows old after 2 rounds.

Was playing Freeforall & had 2 guys trying to get the Nuke killstreak going by hiding on the underground bits on Highrise. I spotted the tactical insertion flare & knew what the dealy was. Managed to get about 18 kills under there before they took the hint & sodded off he he!!

Also when I go on I check the leaderboards regularly & any gamers with a dodgy looking kill/death ratio get reported via the complaint section.

I've really been enjoying this the last couple nights again. My mate has bourght an Ethernet electric wall socket to sort his connection woes out and it's freed the wireless up for me.

Also changed my killstreak to carepackage, predator & emergancy airdrop. Loving the crates, I'm so bloody Jammy with them it's not even funny. Just with the carepackage in one match I got a chopper gunner, ac130 and a stealth bommer, the other team (and mine) were screwing as I ended the match almost singlehanded with 49 kills and 3 deaths on a team deathmatch

hearing you on that one tommy. i love 'booster' hunting. bang on sitrep for the tact insertion flare to be highlighted.
ive been messing about with the stabby class (marathon, lightweight, commando). its good fun, but dont think it gave me any advantage over a standard gun. the tactical knife is a laugh though. guess its prob good for close quarter maps and domination

I use it when there is a team of stabbies, or a team of boring snipers. Helps to get the action going.

This game infuriates me. Infact, it's the people who play it that infuriate me. I want nothing more than people to play it properly. If you wanna just get kills then play Deathmatch. If you're gonna play Domination then play it properly. I sat and watched the flags, protected the most important one and pushed up when we needed to for the whole game there and just at the end when we lost B, not one person went for it, they all sat back with only about 30 seconds left in the game basically accepting defeat. It annoys me so much.

My mates Xbox broke so he hasn't been on to play with and the game really suffers without someone else to play with always that plays the game properly.

Apart from that though, tis awesome!

Although I'm finding recently I'm having a belter of a game with all my kill streaks, chopper gunners the lot, and then the next game I'm way down with a pathetic K/D ratio and not managing to do anything useful. Alot of the time it makes me the host but my connection has always been ****e when on Live yet it still makes me host. And I don't even have advantage then somehow, it's still always so laggy.

I decided to play it, but wasn't comfortable watching it all unfold. I got to the runway and had couldn't progress unless I joined in shooting the

. I had to stop to eat so turned it off. When I restarted, the checkpoints didn't take me where I left off and had to watch from the start again, so I decided to skip it.

The last week of me playing this has been such a rollercoaster ride. It goes from ridiculously good to ridiculously bad so quickly. One day I'm running about with 10:1 KD ratios etc completely owning the show then the next day it's complete reversal and I'm constantly bottom of the leaderboard no matter what game type I play. And I don't go out looking for kills and rushing straight into battle, I try to play the team games properly and conservatively.

I think I have some serious connection issues which I don't understand. It says I have open NAT. The game continiously makes me the host and then changes half way through because every game I host is a laggy mess. And even when it is, I dont think I have the advantage as I'm usually worse in those games somehow.

My 360 is connected via ICS with my PC which is connected to my router downstairs via WiFi. Will all that make a difference? As whenever I'm downloading stuff on my PC, my 20Mb connection gets maxed out constantly. Yet online games just seem a mess. I'd like to know if it's my connection that makes me **** every other game or just me!

How do you know if you are the host?

From what i've heard:

As soon as the game starts, quickly choose your loadout, and then press the 'back' button. The first person to have fully green bars (while the rest will be on 1 single red or other) is usually the host.
If there's a group with full green bars (usually within the same team) then that team will have host advantage.
