Right,
stuck this back on for the first time after a week and a half of solid Mass Effect 2...
the first game back was a non-event since i went into one of those 'glitch' lobbies (which i thought they've patched) so i dropped out of that.

Then the next game...
which was patently ruined by the inifinite care package glitch.
In a very short space of time there were three harriers after another, then a AC-130, then a chopper?
Yet there was no Emergency Airdrop in sight, and the scores were middling to low.

Play some different gametypes for a bit. If you play ground war or domination, you'll see it, but not in free for all (at least in my experience).

I've been playing the RPD light machine gun. It's really funny, especially with the grip for accuracy. Keep the button down.... I use fast reload.

This was my 1st COD. Loved it, just prestiged a few days ago after 77 hours picking of alot of the better emblems and titles along the way ie The Harder They Fall etc, which i think is pretty good going for a noob. Definately alot of my old Goldeneye skills coming into play. Don't think I'm going to bother going for another Prestige right away, gonna move onto MW1 for a bit since i missed out on that at the time.

Be interesting to hear your thoughts on the first one, a few of us here think it's much better, particularly online compared to the current outing.

COD2 is the best one made. Backtrack - and enjoy!

COD2 is on Games on Demand if you just want to download it. I agree it's stood the test of time very, very well.

I think COD4 probably has the strongest campaign narrative with COD2 closely behind it but they're very different given the modern day vs world war 2 settings. COD3 you could ignore completely as it was fairly average all round... that leaves COD5: World At War which has stand out parts such as 4 player co-op campaign and Nazi Zombies and a fairly decent multiplayer.

Finest hour and big red one are fun in campaign, although I imagine they would look a bit dated by now.

Big Red One on the PS2 was pretty cool actually.

I'm up to 58 now. Trying to get all unlocks on the RPD. Only the larger mags to go (shoot FMJs through walls). I've got the Bling so I can have the grip and the FMJ. It's lethal. If you see a red dot nearby, just start shooting at it. Dead. Even if there's a wall in the way Finished my last game 28-10, without using any perk kills.

Still waiting for the patch for MW2 on the 360. Not touched it for a week and I'm getting withdrawal symptoms!

There's something cool about this game even with all the complaints. It's just so slick and smooth that whenever you play it you can't help but to admire it's production value. Not to mention it's extremely satisfying.
