Been playing a bit more and some how I managed to

kill the big dragon after using the big Gong on the mountain. Tough bast, but good ole Wynn saw me through it, with a lil bit of hiding.

So as my confidence was on a high after that I decided to go

kill flemeth, and totally got by back side handed to me in several pieces. Does anyone know any good tactics to slay this bitch?

I could use the easy option but figured it best to go the hard route as I will probably get more out of it........ Don't suppose anyone knows the consequences of each option?

        For
: Two healers so you've always a decent heal ready to go, stock up on some potions for your tank and healers, keep ranged people out of range of her AOE attacks, move non-tank people away if they're low on health and you can't heal them fast enough until they're back at full hp.

Other than that, try to conserve mana and keep at her.

Damn, that sounds like a big head ache to do..... flicking between characters on the fly is a nightmare for me........ I will give it a go! Im asuming a tank is a warrior? Looks like im using Morrigan, Wynn, and the Dwarf then, my character is a warrior so I guess I shall be 'tanking' the

          the old woman

          Thanks for the advice!

Does the Console version still have the active pause (where you can give commands when paused) ? If so, make sure you use that, it's a godsend.

I believe she's not fully resistant to frost attacks so use the occasional freezing spell (watch mana though)

It kept telling me the game would now quit, but then I tried it again Tuesday night and it works now, though it thinks it's 2020, maybe it's because I disagreed with it over the date and time before, I dunno...

I must admit, on game balance and what have you, with only one full healer I could not beat her without dropping it down to Easy. So there's that.

It's one of the annoyances with only having four party members. The game seems to be balanced towards you having two casters (one spirit healer, one other). This leaves you with only two melee.

finally got around to starting this - only a wee bit into the game but am enjoying it. is taking a bit to get used to keyboard and mouse controls as I haven't played a pc game for ages!! my rig isn't the best either but seems adequate. I'm thinking though I enjoyed the simplicity of Journeys a bit more!!

As I'm a power gamer from old I hope to see some serious levelling and item hoarding over the next 60 or so hours!!

The new add-on for this costs a whopping 3200 MS points. I wonder how many hours of gameplay are provided for that £27?

Its says there's 25-30 hours worth of material in the reviews ive read.

I was tempted by this, and the playtime seems huge, but i really can't justify to myself paying that much money for this dlc. I didn't like the game that much to warrant spending just 3 quid less than the full game cost me.

It's annoying that on games I'd love a massive, 20-odd hour, well-put together expansion pack to come out, you get some feeble, half-arsed effort. Then this game, which was 7/10 tops for me, gets a behemoth of extra content.

Yeah, that's how I feel. It was an okay game but definately not one worth spending 3200 points on DLC for.

On the PC it's £15 which is a decent price for an expansion. £32 (PS3) is an utter joke

I don't feel I even need to qualify the statement: I'm not spending £32 on an item of DLC. I'm just not.
