    Well said, sir!

My memories of this game are almost 'real life', or at least a recollection of a particularly great and lucid dream...that doesn't tend to happen with games, at least for me.

Don't look for flaws, just notice the way it keeps you playing. It's one of a kind.

I have been holding off on this game. I was going to purchase it about 4 months back but the rumblings of the PS3 release with added content put me off. Since the PS3 version is taking forever I might just get this.

Summer needs to be over though. I really struggle to play games in the summer and this game looks like one for the cold nights......no?

Yeah, it's one for the autumn really when the leaves are falling off the trees ....

ha ha. I can't tell if your taking the piss out of my odd habit or you genuinely mean that.

Trees and the falling of leaves play a strong thematic role in the game - you even see it in those little interlude rooms. The sentence was spot on.

Still plugging through this, just completed episode 2. It is so dull to play, the ceiling enemies are a pain in the arse. The plot is just amazing though and keeping me going.

Yeah I know how to kill them, it just takes ages with the handgun at the moment.

There's a flamethrower type weapon that royally pastes them. Seem to remember getting it for doing a side mission though I forget which one.

                    Helpful I know!

                      Flamethrower weapon:
[HIDE]Bring all the bones to the gravekeeper when you're able to. He'll give you the key to his house. Go there and push some statues to find the flamethrower. Kills the ceiling enemies super fast![/HIDE]

                          Right here's the gen.
I've got this game sat unopened on my shelf and I quite fancy playing it BUT I often only get the odd hour at a time to game and nothing sustained - at least not for a while. Should I start this now or wait until I can give it hours at a time?
Pebbles says I have to start now but just wondered what you lot thought.
Will I forget the intricacies if I only dip in and out or is this a game where I can do that? I don't want to be lost or forget what the hell I was doing last when I come back to it.

I have played for around 12 hours and only complete 2 of the 7 or so episodes listed. It is a huge game party due to the slow movement around the map to start. You do get a nice recap everytime you start which is handy. I have been playing it bit by bit for months now and have no issues with the plot.

Just make sure to play it on easy because the action set pieces are completely unnecessary and you'll want to get through them as quickly as possible.
