Apologies if this has been posted.

But livid at the moment.

Playing my career mode on legendary. Doing really well, within 3 points of top with 9 games left.

I come to play wigan at home and the game gets stuck on 'warming up'. Music and background continues to play and I can go back to dashboard etc, but no other buttons work in FIFA.

Also tried to sim the match, change kits, change players etc etc, but all stuck on 'warming up'. Livid at this. PES convert but this doesn't look good, anyway to fix it or it is hours down the pan?

It's a long shot but moving me save file to a USB stick fixed my online problems so that may be worth a try. I can't see why it would fix it but then I couldn't see why it fixed my Club game crashes

I fixed it by clicking the next day on the calendar.

What happened is:

I had a game arranged with Wigan in late march. The game was rearranged, but when I got to the original date, it still tried to play it. Pretty big bug in my opinion.

I had that problem too Kop. It really annoyed me. There are plenty of bugs in Fifa but EA are in the process of rolling a rather large patch out according to the devs.

Lets hope it works eh.

Anyone getting that annoying goalie pause and then he kicks it out to the opposing player waiting for the short pass ? The goalie pause was in the last two fifa games, but now the opposition player waits nearer your area. Can be annoying, if you can feel it coming and your one goal up...

Ok WTF... started playing with my virtual pro last night in career.

I always play with custom control mapped like the PES config, you know with shoot/long pass swapped around and some of the shoulder buttons tweaked. The problem I've got is in VP mode when it's using the tracking camera my configuration is always the default. Eh?

I've gone into settings and it says I am set to Custom, yet on the pitch shoot is B and long pass is X which is wrong. Its basically telling fibs. Makes the mode almost unplayable to me because of it and I gave up.

Anyone else seen this or know of a workaround?

Well I use alternate controls for Fifa, the same as PES bar the sprinting is on the trigger.

Hmm ok. That is sort of pleasing to know that it's an isolated case. I cant seem to fix it though which has rendered playing as VP useless.

My mate sets his controls to near as PES as he can and hasnt had any problems (PS3).

I'm the same no issues whatsoever (PS3 as well)

Only problem I get is when they are preparing to make substitutions & you get the player close ups on the pitch & I have random squad members disappearing or changing hair colour etc. but that doesnt bother me too much
