Everywhere I tried yesterday had no stock at all. Game were charging silly amounts for it and even they were short.

While you'll have seen the quests and seen the storyline, there's so much more to go with character and gear progression from there...
Inferno is strictly only for capped characters too. Once you've hit the game's 60 level cap, you'll be spending your time going through Hell mode getting enough decent gear so you can tackle the endgame Inferno difficulty, which is supposed to be ball bustingly difficult but incredibly rewarding.

yeah its cool that its different everytime you play (like in diablo 2) problem was in 2 i found that it made levels unmemorable as there was no real specific design choices or landmarks due to the randomness
anyway i am enjoying 3 i really like the xp bonuses you can get by using the enviroments to kill a group of enemies or if you go on a killing spree

You can still find rare grade and even legendary grade gear on Normal (I found a decent pair myself recently, woo!) but the actual quality of the gear is nothing compared to what the higher levels will bring, in both cosmetic look as well as usefulness.
Gear improves so drastically on different tiers, that even a capped character has a very long way to go before he's all singing all dancing, and able to take on Act IV Inferno. It's almost like you're still levelling.
Apparently when salvaging some higher level gear, there's something like a 0.6% chance that a legendary crafting material will come out of stuff. Gulp.

I'll be creating a Euro alt to play with you lot once I'm a bit further.Last edited by dataDave; 17-05-2012, 09:42.

Blizz don't really take the piss with DLC like other companies, I'd expect some minor content updates along the way maybe. SCII is always getting new seasonal maps for rated ladder play, for instance.
But anyway, I think there is enough crack to be getting on with for the time being. You can only take so much crack before your heart explodes.
I was trying my best to hold off of giving this a 10, but I'm only delaying the inevitable.

So Euro, US, Asia, etc. Connecting/chatting with friends is a piece of piss... I can chat to Dara even though he's playing on Europe and I'm playing on US. In fact, I think I can even chat to him if I'm playing StarCraft II.

There's an option to specify the region you want to connect to before logging in, through the options menu.
At least I think there is, I swear I've seen it!
Joining people on your Real ID friends list is ridiculously easy.
Anyone on your friends list who's online, shows up right when you first log in under a 'Quick Join' list, so you just click their name and bam, co-op time.
