Yeah I still find 'em tough when there's 2 or 3 though. Usually it's to do with running out of ammo, or having **** weapons for taking them on (ie assault rifle).

Yeah its was good fun, they need to add more fast!!

Looking forward to finishing rocking through the campaign on co-op too! Hardest challenge is going to be doing this solo, it seems even though co-op is fun even on ledge its a little bit to easy than it should be.

          why is Cortana considered

dead in the game's mission summary when she clearly is just left behind in an uncertain location and state

? is this a misguided cliffhanger of some sort?

As far as i could tell, she became part of the composers programing and couldn't leave, which is now orbiting over earth in tiny in pieces. I Assume the nuke survival was to do with her warping him out as she did have control over that.

Well the composer turns living creatures into machines/AI and supposedly can also do the reverse (She touched master chief, had it already happned to some extent?). I presume that she was inside the machine and perhaps had to remain there due to the damage that she had done to herself.

more i play wargames the more i hate it, the lag and shoe horned exp system doesn't help(going up against rank 20-30's when your missing basic kit is f'king stupid), just not a fan of this mutliplayer anymore when i go in 1 v 2 i know i won't win, just doesn't play to my lone wolf tendencies and that visor is right kick in the bollocks when trying to storm decent campers, they see you coming a mile off and have you sucking grenades before you can get line of sight.

good guess. but an AI that has warping capabilities?

i figured this too. but why does 343i consider her
? do they seriously want us to believe that Master Chief will be

                  without his beloved sidekick

                  in Halo 5?

I've only had lag in 2 out of about 60 matches. It's the best game I've played in ages in terms of connection quality, and those couple times I did get lag someone dropped out minutes later.

i just finished the campaign... Solo legendary. Jesus the part with the knights at the end was hard. Not sure I liked the ending much but the actual driving force behind the story was much better than any of the other halos IMO.

I've never played any Halo game in my life but for some reason this one spoke to me. Ordered it from Amazon yesterday. With luck it will be waiting for me when I arrive home tonight.

I've played over 100 games and I've had maybe 2 laggy games, even then, it has been other people teleporting, not me rubber banding. The net code on this is an improvement on even Reach.

I've had the rubber banding once, but everyone got it, and someone dropped out seconds later.

I'm not sure why some people feel like this is just more of the same...it feels much better to me, and is probably my favourate Halo out of any of them now. The campaigns have always usually just been something I play through for the sake of it, where as with this one I genuinely enjoyed it. Really well rounded. The only thing it could have probably done with is firefight.

The only thing missing from this apart from campaign theatre mode is a region filter for matchmaking. Previous games in the series had it and for players here in Australia it's a necessity for certain hours of the day where it always seems to connect to EU players and then you're basically screwed with lag.

It's not bad right now in the evenings but early mornings its terrible. It's actually not even worth playing multiplayer before 9am. That helps me with my sleep patterns but not my addiction.

Loving the game anyway. I actually am beginning to love the music. In a weird way it's reminding me of other music I've heard before and I cannot pinpoint where I've heard it or what it is??

Halo has never ever had a region filter.

Well it sort of did. I know in Reach you could set connection options to "best connection" away from the default that was just "fastest" or something like that. Matchmaking would then search for best ping times and drop you into matches with similar region players.

I think Halo3 had something similar but my memory is hazy. This however has absolutely no options whatsoever.
