Random pattern I think. Good needs 5 rises in a row with Thursday PM price the highest possible one (bar the possible dead cat bounce on the large and small spikes)

No, as i said Kryss, sometimes i dont want everything spoiled and told to me, this game is a joy to discover new things by yourself and its just AC ethos, im not in a rush to do anything or finish the game, i know you can't. Just chill relax and watch your town grow and the secrets flow of their own accord.

I have a perfect town at the moment, hoping to get a golden watering can in ten days or so. As a result I'm not changing a thing, no extra buildings, no chopping of trees etc, I'm not even picking fruit! Mainly focusing on watering plants, pulling weeds and house expansion.

Quick question, I've now got the option to change the outside of my town hall to one of three designs. But it says that once built it cannot be demolished, does this mean that I can't change the style again once set?

Nope, you can change as often as you like but you pay each time. I went for the Japanese style but didn't like it and now have the modern style. To be honest, I think the original is probably nicest.
