How to restore grass:
If you want to regrow your grass, there are two main methods of doing so. The first method is by simply leaving flowers on dirt patches in your town. However unlike in City Folk, leaving them there isn’t enough - you have to physically water your flowers to regrow grass.
The second method is simply to wait until it rains/snows in your town and the grass will regrow.
Additional Information:
- Fertilizer does not help regrow grass
- Watering grass with the watering can doesn’t regrow gras

Assuming you do it every single night, that's just over 2 million bells in a week for over 5 hours of your life you'll never get back. Filling a couple of your storage boxes and spending about 1 million in turnips can make you 4 million profit in a week for probably around half an hour, including all the backing and forthing with Joan and Retail.

In related news I?ve been a complete numpty. I?d completely overlooked the ABC tabs in the storage page! I thought it was just six pages of ten slots, now I have three times the storage, what a plum! I was wondering what to do with all my unique items, wish I hadn?t sold some off now, time to hoard fossils for mini fossils! Is it worth holding onto gems other than gold?
