Finished it today. Feels alot shorter than P3 but a fantastic game regardless. Clocked it in 65hrs. Going to start my 2nd playthrough tomorrow.

P5 can't come soon enough! Where the heck is P4 Arena, i don't just want it for the fighting game. I just want to get some more story from some of my favorite characters. I hope the EU version has the english dub.

It seems like you're riding off of the vibe of P4 as I was when I originally finished it.

Have you done the true ending and the extra content scenario yet? Unless you played efficiently your 65 hour playthrough would suggest that you have yet to.

Will probably be the game to get my to pick the VITA up in Spring if people rate the screen so much.

I did get the true ending, the extra scenario and most of the social links i didn't get. So going to do those on my second play through.

That is an efficient playthrough then. Not a bad thing as P3 was great but I just wanted to finish come the last boss. P4 I wanted to spend a bit more time in that world but those characters live on in P4: Arena.

Is the release date for the EU release somewhere in late February?

I'm playing it on my 2nd playthrough on very hard. Will go for all the S Links this time.

The sooner the better Paddy, we should have had it months ago.

Are you a SONY rep? Because you're playing with my emotions friend and you know clearly where my weak spot lies.

Nah I can wait until the EU release. Need to play thorough catch-up on pre-Christmas titles plus new releases and also real life things to deal with atm.

But after that, yeah SONY will probably take more of my money. Again!

I can't recommend this enough, usually with an RPG if I leave it for a few days I never go back to it for quite a while, with this it doesn't seem to matter, even after 3 or 4 days of not playing I go back and can't stop playing it again! Love it. Roughly 23 hours in ATM.

Am away for work this week so finally started on it, and have sunk over 20 hours into it already! The only thing I'm not too sure about is fusing strategy. So far in battles i tend to just use 2 of my personas due to the skills they have (inzagi and orobas), and am fusing ones I don't use just to keep making higher level personas. Any general tips on this?

Don't bother holding onto any of your Personas, just fuse fuse fuse! Try and keep moves of all the different elements in your 'hand' - so one with electric-type moves, one with ice, one with fire etc, so you're able to kick off fights by attacking monsters weaknesses.

If you get sentimental about any of them they'll just end up way lower level than all your other Personas, so basically useless. You need to keep fusing to keep increasing levels at a good rate.

When you fuse Personas you can carry skills over to the new one from the ones you're using, so you won't be losing as much as you think by fusing a particularly useful one. Just transfer its handiest skills over to the new one you're creating.

It's near perfect, best RPG I have played since Zelda Windwaker

It is brilliant, my trouble is i love the main world in the game so much, i resent having to put in too much dungeon time! and i always end up weakened slightly in crucial parts on the harder modes.

One thing though... was the weird motion blur apparent in the original PS2 version?

It's worth buying a vita just to play this it really is that good, my tomb raider has had minutes play thanks to this, I will buy whatever system Persona 5 releases on just to play it if its even close to the quality of this its game of the year if we are going by euro release dates

Is it actually possible to max out every social connection in this? in one play through?
