I'm 25% undecided as whether to buy it or not.

50 US dollars on steam is value?

      100% yes.

Though I'm 95% sure a boxed version would be cheaper if price is a concern.

Well this game is just the best piece of software I've played in years, it just keeps on getting better and the feeling of dread and what is coming next is quite unlike that , even in most horror games ; One really does feel they're running for their lives.

Loving the Texas chainsaw massacre 2 type of feel to the game . This for me is better than any of the Uncharted games

Yes this game is excellent. After beating Rising, Crysis 3 and Ni No Kuni I could finally sit down and give it some time. Its great and it washed away the disappointment Rising left upon me.

Great game, playing on PC and it looks awesome. The only thing that's a bit annoying is all the stuff to collect, there is so much stuff and I want to collect most but at the same time I just wanna just get on with the main story.

I suppose they are suppose to get the player involved and more immersed in certain moments, but they usually just take you out of the experience when you keep seeing loading screens as a result of them.
I agree, I like to put the controller down after a hard slog. QTE's make me hurry to pick the damn thing back up in time and is off-putting.

Although it is enjoyable watching the death scenes if you fail the QTE. There just needs to be a reasonable middle ground, maybe an option to enable or disable them in games.

Up to the beach now and still enjoying it, the way the areas open up so when you retread it reveals previously linear areas are actually quite open is really well done and basically shifts all the distractions to the backend of the game for when you have more skills and are ready for them. One invisible wall tunnel spoiled the illusion but that's the only rigid design I've seen and it looks steady to make a strong finish. The characters, story and slightly lower level of polish keep it just behind UC's finest for me but it's an amazing effort and Naughty Dog will have to impress with UC4 now.

Im only a few hours in but im amazed at how quickly i was drawn in. The atmosphere is just incredible, I'm really impressed with most of what I've seen so far.

                        Negatives -
                        1) i hate the jumping animation\ air control. It looks dumb.
                        2) You Have Posted A Negative Comment, Unlock loads of screen filling crap.

Seriously Edios, stop reminding me im playing a game. You cant go five minutes without an XP bar, unlock or reward.

Other than that the game is excellent so far.

Yeah the jump animation is a bit floaty but really its a minor niggle.

Cant believe the ps3 is pushing this out. Fantastic graphics, amazing 7.1 uncompressed audio, no screen tear, stable frame rate, nice textures, no blurry antaliaising and as sharp as i've seen in a long, long time.

A fantastic technical achievement and a superb, atmospheric game with so many wow moments. Makes nathan drake look like abit of a tit. The benchmark has been raised, big time. Roll on ps4 to see what this team does with that.
