You should've got it on PS3 Ikobo. No novelty controls involved.

Yeah, but all my gaming is done on the Vita right now, I work away from home so always take it with me. And sad as it may be, I want to try and support the Vita as much as possible as I love it. I take it the alternative controlled stuff is throughout the whole game? Like I said, I think I've only done about six levels, so it's only a very early opinion.

I managed to drag myself away from The Wonderful 101 today and popped this in. My 5 year old was controlling Rayman whilst I dealt with the Murphy duties on the U controller, cutting ropes, lowering platforms and so on. It works brilliantly. What a fantastic game and a brilliant local multiplayer experience. My lad and I were both grinning from ear to ear all the way through and now my Mrs fancies a crack at the game too.
Top stuff - if you get a chance to play together with someone then I heartily recommend it.

Been playing this on the Wii U and its just a joy, it really feels like how games used to be, just so much fun and enjoyable. It gets a little challenging but you never feel its being unfair you just go again and again until you get it right.
The bits using the touch screen are slow at first but are overall really good fun and they break up the normal platforming sections really well. The later levels where you are drawing in platforms is especially well done imo.
I haven't played a 2D platformer for ages and this is just bringing back everything i used to love about them.
Also those music levels are amazing

Edit : just watched a video comparing and sorry but i think that's pretty lame how you just press buttons and he does it all for you, i don't know why anyone would find that more fun than using the touch pad.Last edited by NeoDragoN; 14-11-2013, 11:33.

Here we go again, this time on PS4. It seems to be a port of the PS3/360 style of play with Murphy controlled with a button rather than touch which was better anyways (well compared to Vita never played the Wii U) it's still absolutely fantastic and looks even better and now has zero load in time at all (PS4 version is the one I'm playing). Well worth the ?25-30 its up for
