wish there was a some interaction and destruction in the environments. it feels odd to pilot a heavy Mech and not being able to cause the least bit of damage to buildings, not even of cosmetic nature.

    @ Silvergun,

great match, wish i was only half as skilled and fast as you. well, guess i was... 20 years ago, playing Thunderforce 3.

just subscribed to your channel expecting more Titanfall greatness soon

Looks like an amazing game! Too frantic for me to ever consider playing sadly; just not got the reactions and focus needed to play something like that anymore. Looking forward to more vids.

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it.

I don't post much interesting on my YouTube really. I have a bad habit of swapping between games far too often (apart from Dota 2) so the videos I post are usually pretty far apart and on completely random things.

I stream for a couple of friends that like to watch who aren't in the beta, so I've got some decent Twitch footage to filter through and do some highlights with (including a couple of games where a friend and I did nothing but try to get kills by titanfall crush).

I'll spend some time going through this and put a few more up.

Really enjoyed this last night it just dose so many things right, the Parkor keeps things flowing and make hopping about the levels really smooth and quick and really gives you lots of options for taking on titans, its just instant fun and i really cant wait for the full game now. It's nice that titans don't completely tip the balance too the rodeo move anti titan weapons, and smoke are all really useful tactics, and it leads to some fantastic David and Goliath type battles.

The Vid below is one where i walked up on two titans battling and tried to tip the balance with a bit of rodeo, i think it worked, lol

My only gripe is that the minions should look different to the pilots, its nice to feel part of a big battle but there pretty dim and a few times I've been shooting minions and been taking down by a piolt, it can be Hard to pick out the most dangerous target as pilots always need to be taking care of first.

Seeing that smart pistol Vid, worry's me as this seems to be an unintended side affect to how a stealth weapon is supposed to be used. Hopping and locking, could unbalance the game in favor of smart pistol players but time will tell i suppose, i hope this isn't the start of a quick scoping style way of playing the game.

overall though this is amazing it feels next gen and it feels new, why did the beta have to be so short??? and what am i gonna play till this is out? lol.

If I had to pick out one missed opportunity on this I'd probably have to go for the wallrunning etc. Double jump is essential but the free running aspect is pretty useless on these two maps, maybe the full game will utilise it more but I find very little practical use for it

using wall running on the more open map ive seen a vid where someone runs up the billboard hops across the road to the other billboard with a double jump and gets into an amazing sniper postion right at the start of the map i think there are a lot more uses for it than are initially apparent, the parkor skill gives you great height and longer wall runs too.

The Parkour elements are invaluable when it comes to Angel City Hardpoint Domination.

Fracture, not so much I've found.

There are definitely preset wall runs set across the maps, usually around billboards, it's easy to underestimate how far you can double jump when you fly out of a wall run so many of them aren't immediately obvious.

I think minions should stay the same, if you stood differently too much it would take away from hiding with your own in the midst of battle to get one over on the enemy and also makes you more likely to deal with grunts so all in all brings that element of the game into the fold more. They made the right choice not making pilots distinguishable.

I must have played this constantly for about 6 hours yesterday, it may be close to the best FPS I have played. Will be amazing to see how more variety with load outs in terms of Titans especially will change tactics in the full game. Even these two maps already have a lot of life so the 14(?) that will be at release is more than enough.

Had a great game of Last Titan Standing when I had a team who were actually talking and we rushed one flank and had a huge titan brawl in the middle of the map.

I suppose it all adds to the tactics and it just means you have to treat every enemy as a very real threat maybe that's what they wanted.

I had a match last night where i had a titan trapped in a corner of the map and we where pummeling each other with the Mele punch, just before he explodes i ripped him right out of his titan and crushed him him was quite suprised as i thought they ejected before the titan exploded, i cant wait to find out more about this game as its the little details and all the cool stuff you can do which makes it so fun to play, Its gonna be a long wait till march.

You doomed his titan then melee'd him.

If you're fighting against a pilot in a Titan who doesn't have the Auto Eject perk, they have to manually eject. If you doom a Titan, the pilot has yet to eject, and you melee them before they do, you rip the pilot clean out and it's a guaranteed pilot kill.

You get into a habit of saving up one of your Titan dashes for the very single moment you see the enemy titan health drop into doom state, then immediately dash forward and punch.

It's ridiculously satisfying when you start regularly pulling it off! It's just as satisfying punching pilots out of titans.
