Exotic blueprints were in the base game according to the database, but there was never a in-game drop for them.

Going to be giving this a miss till it goes on sales, which will be quite quickly if it doesn't sell well.

Well I'm excited and all they have shown is how they have taken the basic game and made it a lot more involved and user friendly. We haven't even seen the half of it yet, there is a new raid bigger than anything we have seen before (taking into account the size of the vault of glass I can't wait.) We also have a ton of new strikes new story and new pvp maps and modes. Writing this off after one small quality of life reveal on how the towers updated is a bit stupid.

I doubt it will sell badly the limited edition is sold out and a year on destiny is still massive you just have to look at twitch, YouTube, or reddit to see this. Even here when topics on new games don't last a month or two this game has been ticking over since last September.

It still feels like we're being given content developed during the build of the base game. However you look at it, it's ?40 for DLC.

Didn't know that, I'm wondering if this current bungie that's working on it have actually developed anything at all, the more time passes the more it's apparent they are simply patching in stuff that was already there. Wasn't there whole maps that were removed like chicago before launch?

The ?40 dlc tag is a real downer for me still, especially as the yanks are paying $40, either charge us ?25, which i think is a fair price anyway for the amount of content, or charge the yanks $60, see how they like that across the pond.

Thunderlord for Zur day for anyone who hasn't got one. Seems the thunderlord will be getting a year 2 blueprint as well so will be interesting to see what changes if any bungie make to it, probably so nice fat nerf hammering into oblivion.

I've been playing for the past week after shelving it in January. There's so much to do now. I've been getting exotics like no man's business too. So much easier to level up now. I'll be 34 on Tuesday.

I'm well up for TTK. So much so that I'm putting MGSV off for a month.
              Kept you waiting, huh?

Solo'd Crota's End just now. Always got weird deaths at the bridge (they changed invis walls) but with Bones of Eao its easy enough again. Got another useless Unyielding Casque. God tier roll though.

I can't wait for TTK. Though agreed a lot of those things should be there last year. Vault space was an issue well before TDB i think. As was the RNG.

But the FPS gameplay here is the best on the market, period. I even think I've never used a more satisfying weapon than The Last Word and Thunderlord in any FPS. Perhaps the shotty in Rage.

Yep, despite its many flaws, there's nothing remotely like this game on the market, and the gunplay is unmatched in any FPS that has ever been. I particularly love the way they've essentially treated weapons as characters. It's such a massive shame they abandoned the rumoured original idea for Super Good Advice. An unbelievable amount of detail has been crafted into the game. Not since the SNES and the N64 have I ever played a game so solidly. I agree that the DLCs are overpriced, but to be quite honest, at this point I'm hopelessly addicted to the game and would pay whatever they were asking for more content. My current quest is to max out my Grimoire. Should have it done in the next 2 to 3 weeks, just in time for TTK. Easily the worst grind so far has been getting 100 wins in Skirmish as it's more often than not quite brutal as it seems to attract more of the better players than some of the other modes.

My goal was the original exotics up until TDB. Got them all. The rest is just a nice bonus. I hardly ever played PoE. Loot is bad and its not fun.

Its this game that I like to pick up and do silly things, such as solo a nightfall or raid. Or level up exotics I never gave much attention. I am now nearly done with Super Good Advice which is my final one.

About all exotics are fun to use. Universal Remote moved up in the ranks since the shotgun buff, love it during Strikes but also PvP as it uses primary ammo which isn't scarce. My absolute fave right now is Fourth Horseman though. I'll always look for an excuse to grab it.

I've been pondering weather or not to grind for the Hopscotch Pilgrim. It'll almost certainly be removed from the loot tables when TTK arrives, so time is probably running out. I've already done about 50+ Dragon strikes and haven't seen it drop once for anybody yet.

I have mine rolled with Braced Frame, headseaker and feeding frenzy. Stability is maxed. Its better than Red Death. It won't be removed from the loot table, Dragon playlist will keep the HoW loot. I think its confirmed. Its like VoG and Tiger etc still have 1.0 loot.

Oh, I didn't know the older strike playlists still had the old blue weapons. No need to rush for the Pilgrim then I guess.

Any PS4 clan members fancy going for the Flawless Raider and Raiding Party trophies before TTK drops? I imagine that Crota normal mode would be easiest to do it on. These are the only trophies I still need.

As much as I love the idea of throwing biblical fiery hammers at people, or going all palpatine, I think it's the hunters new support class that's going to be the most useful, especially on the raid when you need to pin a group down while your team deals with an objective.

Thought this deserved a bump. No raid on taken king launch. It's almost like bungie and activision are trying to get me to not buy it, not that I was anyway because of the exchange rate.
