There's a difference between a pay to win item and an in game help item though isn't there. 3 of coins got nerfed the second it started dishing out exotics, it's now nigh on useless. That data was regarding the tess eververse monetary stuff, which I can only see as a bad thing, it was out of date info granted, but still factually correct.

I have the right to bad mouth something if I wish on here, I'm normally quite positive I like to think. However Activisions business practices have ruined my commitment to the game. Again, I'm not making anything up here. The data was there, and it stated what it did, it was pay to win, plain and simple.

So have put a bit of time into it at about level 15 now.

I really enjoy the combat and since that is the meat of the game it had to be right. Loot drops were no where near what i was expecting though while i was not expecting borderland levels of finding loot chests and items just does not seem to happen as often as i would expect and sometimes hard to see and i think blends in with ammo pickups.

Story was better then i was expecting and definitely feels like Too human with the tech mixed with spiritual/mystical type lore.

Now i am not really a fan of multiplayer games and have tried the crucible and it is fun but still not my cup of tea but will persist. The main game i quite the coop experience because to me it is integrated well and i can treat it like i would a single player mode but with added help.

So all in i am glad i waited it is a good game ...i still wish it was 60fps though

My 3oC aren't useless...still at 1in 5 uses for me...the occasional 310s have got me infused to a high of 307 ( my pref build is 305)

I do get mainly helmets and specials annoyingly...got the last helmet to complete the titan armour set just now. Would love a Truth or Thunderlord though.

Also, this is now 7 days in a row that it's happened, pop one before logging off and when you play the next day the first ultra you beat will drop one!

The weapon parts nerf is a p.i.t.a tho...have had to stop upgrading my occasional use weapons to build up a stash.

Truth and Thunderlord can't drop. There is a chance you'll get them from legendary engrams and in NF. But buying is the most likely option.

Red Death and Bad Juju can't drop from primary engrams either.

Hopefully Xur has a weapon for sale this week. I've got all the armour shown in the Blueprints. I've seen that ATS/8 Tarantella in the wild despite there being no Blueprint, so I'm not entirely sure about it.

Saved up 150L marks and got my thunderlord back last night, is it me or does it only hold half the ammo now? Straight after that i got an awesome legendary hand cannon from a strike, so a good night.

I unintentionally trolled a few groups waiting for the ultra events in the cosmodrone though. Came across them while doing bounties, ran up and punched the ultra once, ran into a corner and popped a few 3 of coins, got an exotic engram both times for basically slapping an ultra. Feel bad as they got nothing, let that be a lesson, hard work gets you no where .

All of the Year 1 upgrades hold less ammo now. They changed the Field Scout perk so it just allows you to carry more ammo in reserve. The extended mag no longer applies.

Glass Needles require Exotic Shards and Strange Coins. LOL

Sorry I meant reserve ammo. I swear I used to carry around 160 rounds for it. Now I can only hold 94 or thereabouts.

Zur has the stag as well which I wanted. Also, what's the sniper rifle like? Didn't even know it was in the game.

Hereafter has got some amazing sight on it apparently.

I still think that Stillpiercer is the best Sniper Rifle in the game. Black Spindle is alright, but if you miss a shot, it ruins the perk. I guess that's the idea, but the margin for error is very small.

Seems the Hearafter has a white nail like perk on it too. Make all 4 critical shots and mag is refunded. So is that 4 free shots again or it draws from your reserve?

It's the same as Stillpiercer. They have to be precision kills, not just shots. It's reserve ammo though. You don't get any free shots anymore.

Just watched a few vids where the people have got 4 precision kills with only 4 shots in the clip and they've gained another 4 shots for free. Though harder to pull off and useless against the bullet sponge bosses like tanks, walkers etc which the black hammer was so useful against.

No, sorry. You are right. The magazine is refunded, so it's not from your reserves. Black Spindle is though. I guess being so difficult to pull off, they have to give you something good in return.

Ran black spindal 3 times last night god it was hard work but we got it done with 30 seconds to spare, the hard bit is the time limit and getting the blights as soon as they spawn, if you don't you can get overrun really quickly
