Some people in one of my lectures were talking about cancelled games, and it got me thinking about titles that i would of personally loved to of seen hitting the shelves, for this generation theres been three titles that would of looked stunning in my games collection.
1.) Dead Phoenix, i remember all the big fuss around the gaming forums about the capcoms BIG five, and its a shame that this got cancelled because it reminded me so much of pdo, which is one of my favourite games this generation its a let down to know that this got cancelled just because of profits going down the year previous.
2.) Raven Blade, this game shocked me when i first saw it. I instantly wanted a gamecube it was just hot property to me after my n64 to see something so different being created by a 2nd party devco. I'd love to see retro studios pick this one back up after all the fuss over mp2 is done and dusted.....
3.) I dunno if many of you are aware of this title ever being announced but it was called asylum. I remember thinking wow! when i saw it being featured in cube magazine ages ago. It was gritty and edgy and something i thought the gc was lacking at the time, it was being created by a UK company that i think went bust as there other game they was creating which was multi platform has also been cancelled wreck n' krew.
