No bongos for me yet Not used my stars points for anything before so not sure how long they take?

I assume that I missed all these useful items (stylii, bongos and - gasp - games) being available.

I've got 8,000 odd points and when I looked on there at the weekend the most valuable thing was a frickin' POSTER, for 1500 (about ?200 worth of game purchases)...

do you get stars only on nintendo developed titles, resident evil 4 had a number to register but will it give me stars? also, how often do games come up in the catalogue and how many stars are needed? thanks!

You get stars on anything that gives you a number in the box. Mostly first and second party stuff but also stuff that Nintendo are either distributing or backing (like Resi).

I've yet to get anything useful from the catalogue as I say, despite registering about eight and a half thousand points worth. Games and stuff occasionally crop up but usually in such limited quantities that unless you happen to be on there on the morning then you miss out.

Anyone recieved their STARS goods yet? Been almost 2 weeks for me now and nothing I did get an email tho after placing my order

Nope. Didn't even get the email since it went to a busted email address (that's what happens when I sign up for something THREE years ago and never use ). So I sent an email asking if they got my order, and could they re-send the confirmation email to a new address. No response...

It took them about a month to ship my pacpix stylus, I'd give them another week then pester them again.

im still missing 2x pac pic games i emailed nintendo and gave them all my details of the order like they asked and i still havent had a reply!

I got nowhere with emails, I rang the service centre in the end (like Miguel007 said) and they got the correct department to ring me back, they confirmed they didn't have a record of my order, but listened to what I said, then I received today (just over a week later)

And, they were actually really nice and friendly on the phone - sounded like they cared even though I was ringing about 1 single stylus!
