360 (whats the point? discuss.)

I think that as the first next gen console, it is going to offer me much more in terms of new and exciting features that no other console is going to be able to offer me. Just the new and improved integration of Xbox live is enough for me to buy it, (who can argue with the usefullness of free downloadable demos for your console?) . I personally would pay the ?280 just to be able to play my xbox games in full HD. I've also waited over 4 years to play Perfect dark zero and Kameo , which both feature some incredible online features.
I think the launch line up is a very solid one and pisses over anything that previous consoles have offered ( I can't think of one game for the launch of the PS2 that was either 1. Good and 2. Original) I'd rather have 3 or 4 highly rated games than one killer app i.e. the XBOX launch.


I imagine most of the people who aren't interested in it probably haven't experienced the good side of xbox live.

Enthusiats with hi-def screens maybe, the rest of people like me feel the major meh.

Exactly right,the lineup is f*ckin ****e and all this hype about it and the shortage,who ****in cares,i shore as **** don't,last week i was happy as pie playing some neat stuff on the Megadrive,so i could'nt give a toss,and even if i had ?280 to blow on yet another console,i would'nt nowadays,given that 5 months down the line,it will be reduced to ?200.

im gonna laugh at when this fails in Japan,bollocks to it!

It's just a stupid entertainment machine ok,some people in life are not so lucky and get **** all for Xmas,far less privilaged persons.
