Only have Geometry Wars so far, which is my most played 360 game so far. Can't get enough of it

I have the trial of Smash TV and will probably buy the full thing. Good fun.

Need to try out some more demos I think. Anyone tried that Outpost game?

I really like the idea of the system, but I don't really want to buy loads of games that I'll lose should I need to change the console.
No, not true. Once you buy something, that item registers to your LIVE account (not console) and from there on, you can download it as many times and on different consoles (with your account) for free.

Yeah, can't say I was that impressed with it tbh, I was expecting something more like Dope Wars, but it's really a very limited Theme Park game, and I didn't really like the interface on it, not at all intuative.

There are better arcade games to spend your credits on.

Off topic sorry : Marty is billiards worth the money ? Seems very expensive compared to others at 1200 points, and seemed quite limited in the demo I downloaded. Really fancied it when I first heard about it, but not bothered since playing the demo and seeing the cost. Is it as good as monkey pool

I thought that when I played the demo - but I was enjoying the demo, so I stumped up the credits.

If you like pool then yes, it's worth it. It's not as good as Virtual Pool on PC, or Pool Paradise on PS2, Monkey Pool (I guess you mean the Monkey Ball mini game) I'd say better. Lots of different modes, online play and no 50ps

The main issue I'm finding is trying to line up doubles - the game isn't right, shots that should work don't :/

Is anyone willing to go throughout ALL of Co-op of Smash TV!? T'would be cool as most people I play with skip before or striaght after level one.

Bad feedback for them then eh?

The trial version looks like you only get the one top-down view point, yet when you change the table its clearly a 3D model.

Can you change the view, or is it top down only?

Would really like it for some online pool sessions, but really fail to understand why it is 400 points more than any other live game ! I know its only ?4 but its the principle of the thing

Maybe it's down to how many people were involved in developing it I do think it's worth the 1200 credits if you like your pool games though.

I really don't know about the view thing, I assumed it couldn't be changed but I haven't actually looked at the control config to see, I've been too busy playing it.

Just tried the demo, reminds me of Arcade Pool.

I have Smash TV, Gauntley, Geometry Wars, obviously Hexic and Outpost Kaloki X (wicked demo, great game) - I'm not paying more than 800 points for a game.

And anyone that wants Billiards but isn't in too much of a hurry, get the 12 month Gold subscription, you get the game free with it (saves you a tenner) as well as 200 Microsoft Points. Billiards is a rip-off considering how crap a demo they give you - Outpost Kaloki X is a perfect way to demo a game, and even though it was pricey (?5 - ?6) at 800 points, it convinced me that it was well worth it.

Think Theme Park, but a spacestation.

Three new Arcade titles are available evidently : Hardwood Backgammon, Hardwood Hearts, and Hardwood Spades. Not very interesting to me, but maybe to someone I guess !

Is it not an idea to maybe have a Marketplace sticky, where people can give heads up on the latest content which is available for Live Arcade as well as other downloads and demo's.
