Why have Microsoft named that March thing "Block Party"? I don't quite understand, it's not funny/witty and doesn't make any sense to me!

I can only sort of relate the word 'block' to the style of retro graphics for the Game Room.

Its a horrible American phrase. I suppose our equivalent would be a street party.

It's XBLA Block Party in NA and XBLA House Party in Europe.

From what I've been hearing, no. Apparently it is some publisher dispute following a rights buy-ouy (they got sold last year some point). So they might not be back at all...

I see, rights disputes it is. Well looks like they maybe gone for good then.
Really wish there could be a pre-announcement on delistings, doubt they are allowed if it's over rights though.
