I like this term 'moon dollars'. Where's it come from?

In terms of MSP it's a disparaging but amusing term to highlight the deliberate manipulation MS chose to use. Spacebucks is the more common term.

I'm sure the term was used in very old Scifi novels but you'd expect the term to originally be used as a negative about the Space Race. It was then skewed and entered common usage as a amusing term for an artificial currency a la funny money, monopoly money.

I like "Allards." I've no idea why they came to be named after him, but it amuses me whenever they're referred to as such

Hard Corps Uprising is half price at 600 moon dollars for the next few days. I've been waiting for it to drop in price since it came out.

Tried the demo but with Torchlight & Stacking reduced this week I decided to pass.

Loving torchlight, its constantly throwing new weapons and armor at you though! i spend more time in the menu sending my dog off to town to sell my stuff, they always rip him off poor pooch, at least they let him in the shop though. can't imagine cash converters would be to pleased if I sent my dog in with a load of old tat to sell.

I can't remember them putting up any of the hidden stats they collect up before for individuals.

If you bought the Hardened or Veteran editions of the game you will have got 4 of the 5 maps in Rezurrection. There is an option in game to download the Moon map for free.

To anyone thinking of buying the Mortal Kombat Kollection, here is a warning. The online is totally borked with uber amounts of lag, glitches and bugs. The single player efforts are centered wrong, the music levels are all over the place and they are not arcade perfect. The presentation is barebones, and to add insult to injury you have to sit through around SEVEN splash screens as it boots up. Very lazy and very shoddy, and this is coming from a huge Mortal Kombat fan.

Yeah seems to be a bit of a turd. I bought UMK3 ages and that seemed ok.
