I think it's pretty impressive if every single one of those QTEs represents a branching path in the sequence (and maybe the entire narrative).
If that also comes with meaningful player choices about how to approach situations, this game should have some insane replay value. The first "narrative sandbox" game...?
That said... the video did look a bit underwhelming in terms of human drama. If they're making a whole game around drama and acting, they really should focus on facial animation.
Those characters didn't look as expressive as the ones in Half Life 2. And HL2 is fricking old now.
