Shadow the Hedgehog - working over VGA (with thin vertical boarders like PoP: Sands of Time, crashes occasionally).

SegaGT/Jet Set Radio Future Double Disc - NOT WORKING. Menu screen is 50Hz, thus machine does not allow it to boot over VGA.

Topic should be sticked, as a lot of people here use VGA, and there's no other real online resource for stuff like this, given the limited interest in PAL 360 titles over VGA.

Would also be nice to list which NTSC titles work on a PAL machine, since it seems we can throw the region protection of a title out of the window, as some NTSC titles work on a PAL 360 regardless (and conversely, some do not).

Just tested it, PAL game on a PAL console. Works fine, no widescreen though, displays in a 4:3 box.

Two more to add to the list:

                        Not Working:
                        Sid Meier's Pirates

                        Working:
The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction (this is 16:9 by default so compresses on a 4:3 screen - but then so does every vga compatible wide screen game)

I like to know if anybody using a widescreen monitor experiences stretching of a 4:3 games such as Metal Arms: Glitch in the System for example?

I have a 4:3 monitor and compressing of 16:9 games does suck a bit, I mean how hard could it be for Microsoft to include backwards compatible aspect ratio checking and just letterbox games like the original XBox does!!!

Is there any widescreen issues with using component? or is it just VGA?
