I also get that feeling. But I ordered my 360 from gameplay like under 24 hours from when they went up for pre order and I still didn't get one! Mind you the 360 was in major shortage!Each time this thread updates I get a VG+ feeling.. then it's shot down

If I had the money, I'd be going over to the US to visit my gf for Thanksgiving like I have done the last two years. Two years ago I got the DS on launch in the US. I've done lots of importing of games from VG+ but never got a console direct from the US / CAN. Can someone breakdown what I'm likely to pay in postage and customs charges etc?

Same here, at the low end anyway. If I am feeling cheeky I'll get four games at launch instead of two (adding Excite Truck and Monkey Ball to my planned definite purchases of Zelda and Rayman) bringing me to $449 before cables, shipping and potential customs charges. Chances are I'll leave it to get those other games closer towards Christmas though which is also when I'd rather get a second pad and nunchuck given their cost.My total minus the inevitable shipping and Component video comes to....
