Just got delivery of this for vanilla PS5. The resolution is a little bit blurry with occasional pop-in but framerate and depth of field is very impressive, in my view. Quite easily the second best lenticular sleeve I've ever owned, after Vanquish. Gonna install the game later and intend to force myself to like it.

Sounds about the same res & frame rate as the base version then 😂

Game looks cool. I'm not having my PC struggle to play it though. Capcom can jog on until it's acceptable. It looked very soft even on top pc hardware and there's no acceptable reason for that.

The Pro version doesn’t even use PSSR for upscaling in any way, just aliasing. What an absolute crap show this game has been Capcom, technically it’s a train wreck, with ps3 quality textures being some of the poorest efforts I’ve seen in a long time.

This isn’t acceptable and I’m just not going to be other with it full stop.

It actually plays great on the Pro (solid 60fps). Looks great too. It's running at approx 1080p, but it's absolutely fine. I'm up to HR 26 and I am in love with this game. I think it's safe to say that this is easily my GOTY and more.

Just a PSA in case some people are wondering whether they should wait if they have a Pro. I wouldn't. It's fine.

I’m not going to ruin your fun and it does play fine, but technically it’s a regurgitated donkeys dinner at best, Alpha code shoved out to meet quarterly reports. I’m personally done supporting this in games, devs have had their fair chance to stop it so 🤷‍♂️

I played a post Alpha build called Beta, and I can confirm they improved on that build quite a bit. So much so that I am very happy with it. The beta (not Alpha) was a a dog's dinner, granted.
