Lol, this is excellent, particularly the Animal Crossing bit.

OK, even with all said against Ubisoft, Guillemot must see that doubling down on what brought them in this position is bad, and is going bad for 99% for the industry. This must be some sort of plot to further lower Ubisoft's value so someone will swoop in and Guillemot will cash out and won't have to deal with this ever again.

Ruffy demo is out on steam, had it on my wishlist since it trailer debut back in 2023. While there are now quite a few decent 32-bit era platformer recreations out there, the look of this really stood out to me. Has the usual you'll expect from a game trying to copy a Mario64 or Spyro, all the usual movement options and item collection, however its main gameplay is Ruffys ability to copy textures in the world and paste them onto other items/walls/floors in the game changing the propriety, so a unbreakable steal box can be turned into wood to break (or even float).

Physical and deluxe editions of Digital Eclipse 'Gold Master Series' just announced. Including The Making of Karateka, Tetris Forever, and Llamasoft: The Jeff Minter Story: https://www.digitaleclipse.com/media...-master-series

Limited Run Games, of course. I'll be getting some version of the Minter one.

Hehe, that actually looks solid solid gameplay wise and the nostalgia, holy moly, oozing.

Didn't expect to see a Samurai Pizza Cats game being announced in 2025!

Still won't quite make up for the fact that they should've been in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom but it wisely has the look and feel of the original anime.

I've got to say I've never seen this show. That and Pokemon came around when I was too mature for that kiddy stuff. Probably why I fail to see any appeal in any Pokemon game.

Samurai Pizza Cats absolutely nothing like Pokémon though, and it debuted almost a decade before the Pokémon anime appeared.
