well i contacted my local gamestation branch this morning and asked about component cables being in stock on day one, they said as far as they were concerned they were due a bunch on day one along with the machines and they havent heard of any delays(you'd think they would know by now).

they said they were going to be getting some on day one but were not sure of exact numbers. they also said they will recieve all wii accessories on tuesday before launch and it was best to call on the tuesday afternoon to check for certain.

maybe worth getting on the phone tuesday and checking for anyone desperate.

My Play-Asia preorder for a cable has gone to preparing order. The cheeky ****s, they did that a few days before release with my Gears order too even though they didn't have the stock.

swings and round abouts last year i was one of the poor buggers who pre ordered a 360 as soon as they were ready for per order at play and got let down, but yes still a bugger for the ones who are not at pre pared stage and ordered months ago, id be pretty peeved if it were other way round.

Preparing order is no guarantee of stock guys. I only ordered 2 days ago btw.

We're only home and dry once the available for dispatch icon is displayed in the order details.
