Usually at around 6-7pm, so not much good if you have the day off unless you work nights or something!

My hotmail.co.uk account worked ok with the US account - try it again dude! Don't worry about setting up a payment account too - just set it up so that you can download U.S. demos - it's not hard, seriously - even I managed it!!

It's really easy stuff, follow this vid (from John's sticiked post) and away you go, a .co.uk email address is fine, that's what I used for my USA & JPN accounts

You don't need to use a real email account to register. Just make one up.

Also, if you used that email address for your UK account, I don't think you can use it again for a US account.
